At Allianz Partners, we’re focused on protecting our customers’ investment in travel, entertainment and events and being there to help them when they need us. In this role, you’ll put your social media, influencer relations and reputation management experience and skills to work as you help our customers understand who we are and how we protect them and their investment in travel and events.

As Social Media and Brand Reputation Manager, you’ll collaborate across our communications and marketing functions to develop successful strategies for social media, influencer management and digital reputation management. You’ll work independently to bring those strategies to life and ensure that we communicate effectively with target audiences.


  • Develop and execute our US social media strategy in support of business and SEO objectives.
  • Create content and social media elements independently and in collaboration with creative partners.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and traffic content to meet deadlines.
  • Manage our US influencer-marketing program to promote our brand/products and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing partners to provide guidance and support on editorial content.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to determine effectiveness of efforts.
  • Track and manage our online reputation; partner with internal social care team to manage customer review sites such as TrustPilot and Google, adjusting strategies as needed to encourage positive reviews.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-10 years’ relevant experience managing marketing programs, including strong social media experience.
  • Experience in the insurance or travel industry desired.
  • Experience using Hootsuite, Sprout, Talkwalker, or similar social media tracking, listening, and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft office software:  Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with current social media platforms, their audiences, and ways they support marketing and business goals.
  • Strong writing and language skills.
  • Analytical skills and experience with data analysis and current web analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player who can work proactively and independently to support team goals and objectives.
