AllCampus is developing a next-level education and career experience for employers and their employees in every way. The Senior Director of Employee Services is responsible for leading and growing AllCampus’s Employee Services team from ground zero to highly effective and impactful.  Hire, train, develop and retain coaches bringing together job training, career advancement and educational opportunities for working adults. Help build the foundation for Employee Services including concierge, education benefits advisors, tuition planners, success coaching at scale through intentional partnership with product and analytics driving increased innovation, engagement, user adoption and retention.

Build a strategy, supporting operations and a team of professional coaches and advisors focused on program advising and career coaching to support employees from our corporate clients in their career and education journey.

To provide program advising and career coaching to the employees of our corporate clients.  These services include helping employees in every step of their higher education journey, from first helping them identify the academic programs that best fit their interests, skills, and long-term goals to general support throughout their higher education experience to networking, resume development, job interview preparation, and online brand building.

AC’s career and academic support services are also designed to help drive satisfaction and engagement with employees through their journeys. AC will help prospective students evaluate best-fit programs, provide success coaches to mentor them in support of their continued enrollment and progress, and make available career services advisors to coach and prepare them for their next employment opportunities.

Ultimately these services increase employee satisfaction with their employer, assisting with their career trajectory and as a positive by product will grow quality enrollment and long-term retention for our university partners.


Strategy and Leadership

  • Build a clear strategy and framework for career and education advising
  • Develop an advising and coaching model that drives positive career and education outcomes
  • Build a model that allows us to scale to achieve our targets and KPIs
  • Organize and implement staffing, structure, model and loads as appropriate
  • Being a leader on a talented, fast-moving fast-growth team

Cross-functional execution

  • Working cross-functionally throughout the organization (with sales, product, strategy, enrollment services, university partnerships) to problem solve ways to better serve and grow employer relationships and results from corporate partnerships
  • Work with university leaders in enrollment and retention to help them better engage with the employees we work with to provide the best user experience within our network
  • Build strategy, KPIs, and budgeting for Employee Services Team
  • Lead and grow the Employee Services Team to effectively support new corporate clients

Team Building

  • Hire and train competent professional coaches and advisors
  • Develop a positive culture and work environment for team members to thrive in
  • Provide oversight for CP generated inquires/apps/starts for our OPM clients
  • Build out staffing structure, model, and loads


  • Implement success monitoring systems to help us scale and grow the operation and impact
  • Provide oversight for users/inquires from corporate partners and assist them in getting scheduled for interviews with the schools they are interested in and progressing through to starting their education program 
  • Supporting employees in their education programs to aid in work/life balance and retention strategies

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

  • Masters degree, with focus in Business/Marketing is required
  • 5+ years of business development experience with an online program management (OPM) or a focus in the higher education industry is preferred
  • Enrollment leadership

  • Experience in business development/agency marketing services for education industry
  • Executive Leadership Experience
  • Proven ability to learn and create business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
  • Business driver with proven success, a growth mindset and cultural orientation; fast-paced, nimble, agile, responsive, and progress-insistent. 
  • Expert at engendering shared responsibility, engagement, and leadership contribution across a wide-reaching partner network to ensure success. 
  • Respects, appreciates, and leverages AllCampus university partner brands.
  • Proficient with HubSpot & Office 365 Suite
  • Travel will be required, roughly 10% of the time


  • The position requires daily supervisory responsibility over all of the Employee Services staff toward best meeting business objectives.
