Description

SUMMARY 

The Manager, Digital Campaigns for Discover The Palm Beaches (DTPB) is responsible for maximizing digital media reach and effectiveness by carefully managing all aspects of DTPB’s paid digital media: buying in various platforms (Facebook, Google, Hulu, Nativo, DSP, etc.), coordinating campaign fulfillment with vendors, QA, optimization, pacing, reporting, and performance recommendations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns in selected platforms and with qualified vendors including Search, Social, Display, and Video
  • Support Directors of Digital Marketing and Brand management by monitoring and optimize campaigns including bid and budget management, targeting adjustments, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and keyword development
  • Develop in-depth conversion metric tracking strategy primarily through Google Analytics, UTMs, pixels, and third-party data sources
  • Support Directors of Digital Marketing and Brand management by coordinating the development of creative to push campaign performance, A/B test to find best performing creative, and provide landing page direction to drive KPIs
  • Report on campaign performance and provide detailed insights leveraging third-party reporting system to optimize media impact
  • Troubleshoot digital campaign issues to ensure that challenges are properly resolved; document best practices to avoid and/or handle the in the future
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key platform partners
  • Reconcile monthly invoices and credit card charges and communicate with Finance on a regular and timely basis
  • Remain current on Destination and Digital Marketing industry trends
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Four-year degree in Marketing from an academic institution and/or equivalent related work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience of campaign management work in Facebook, Google Ads, or any major DSP (all three preferred)
  • Strong knowledge in the Google Marketing Cloud including Analytics, Tag Manager, Campaign Manager & DV360
  • Strong knowledge of pixels and their implementation
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Working knowledge of data warehouses, relational databases, and SQL
  • Superior problem-solving ability
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Must have knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology, including experience in MS Office products and industry specific software
  • Must be a self-starter; be self-motivated, and able to multi-task
  • Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing conditions and circumstances
  • Must demonstrate a positive and collaborative attitude and style
  • Display high level of ethical standards
